About the destination

Much of the island is forested. The surroundings of the villages and Skiathos town are farmland. Forests are pine, and are located in the southeastern part of the island. Skopelos Island as well as the most distant of Euboea and Scyros, are visible in favorable weather conditions. The top of the mountain, to the West, has a communications tower, and on its northern slope has several valleys. Skiathos has approximately 70 beaches that focuses all its tourist offer in what is known of Sun and beach tourism, its Mediterranean views make this place a heavenly site.
